FairyTale

Hi all! Kara here! I think that the first song we wrote would be an appropriate first post, so I am posting today the first song Eden and I ever wrote together:) Its not our fave, but it is the first one we wrote and I hope you like it!

FairyTale

What happened to the magic
We once knew
What happened to the dreams
I thought would come true
I see it, doesn’t mean I have to believe it

Don’t need you to  save me
damsel in distress
Don’t need a prince
Im no princess
I know it, doesn’t mean I have to show it

I wanna follow the rainbow
Find my pot of gold
Im gonna tell my story
The way I  want it told

I always believed in fairytales
You told me to
Now that I’m older
You say they will not come true
I wanted to find the star on the horizon
Make a wish like you said and I would be the writer
Of my own fairytale
make my own fairytale come true

What happened to the songs
We used to sing
All the notes
Make a perfect Melody
And I hate it, but I can hear the music fading

Was  happened to our sun
That used to shine
And all the mountains
We used to climb
It’s a longing and we have started falling

I wanna follow the rainbow
Find my pot of gold
Im gonna tell my story
The way I  want it told

I always believed in fairytales
You told me to
Now that I’m older
You say they will not come true
I wanted to find the star on the horizon
Make a wish like you said and I would be the writer

Of my own fairytale
make my own fairytale come true

Open your storybook
Start erasing and re-write it all
Give life a new look
Change and change and change it all

I always believed in fairytales
You told me to
Now that I’m older
You say they will not come true
I wanted to find the star on the horizon
Make a wish like you said and I would be the writer

Of my own fairytale
make my own fairytale come true

Im gonna follow the rainbow…
